Cancellations made by you
If you have booked your class directly through this website or per email, cancellations must be received in writing by email or via the contact form and are subject to the following fees per participant:
12 hours before start: 0% of total amount
0-11 hours before start: 100% of total amount
If you have booked via a third party platform/website, the conditions of that third party apply.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a class, once it has started, including but not limited to if you leave for any reason, miss the start date, or have to be removed from a class. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, civil strife, personal, family or medical emergencies or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Changes by you
If you need to make changes after your class has been confirmed, the responsible body will be happy to accomodate you whenever possible.
Keep in mind that changes are not always possible. Indeed, outside suppliers such as yoga studios, often impose additional fees or penalties for changes and cancellations. As a result, it is in the sole discretion of the responsible body whether to accept a change request or not. If your request is accepted, administrative fee of max CHF 10/person in addition to any new costs might be applied. Change requests should be made in writing by email or via the contact form.
Cancellations or changes by us and flexibility
The authorized person reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event if the required number of participants has not been reached.
The authorized person reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify any event without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to for the safety, comfort and / or well-being of participants and for circumstances of Force Major, ie circumstances beyond our control which prevent from providing the event as planned. This includes the right to replace or substitute instructors, guides and accommodations in the event materials, modify the order in which places are visited, and make other changes in the itinerary.
If the authorized person is forced to significantly alter or cancel your trip due to Force Majeure, which is rare, she will let you know as soon as possible. In these circumstances, you can choose one of the following options:
Accept the offer of a comparable replacement trip, offered at our sole discretion and subject to availability, or
Receive a refund of all monies paid less any non-refundable deposits paid to third party suppliers.
When accepting an offer for a replacement trip:
If the cost is lower than the price of your original trip, you will receive a refund for the difference in cost, or
If the cost of the replacement trip is higher than your original trip, the costs will be charged.
Payment and fees policy
The authorized person issues an invoice, which must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment is late, the following late fees will apply:
1-9 days late: 10% additional charge
10-19 days late: 15% additional charge
20-29 days late: 20% additional charge
30+ days late: 50% additional charge
