Traditional hatha yoga

Balancing effort and ease, hatha yoga invites you to cultivate breath awareness through intentional movement and longer-held postures. Deeply rooted in traditional Indian practices, my teaching embraces the holistic essence of yoga by integrating breath, movement, and mindfulness as a path to inner balance.

With gentle hands-on assistance and space for deeper healing, you’ll leave your mat feeling balanced and ready for the day ahead.

Yin & sound

Discover the power of slower movements and inner stillness. In a yin practice, shapes are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing you to gradually release tension and access the deeper layers of your body.

With the support of props, meditation, and breathing techniques, this class helps you ease into each posture, fostering a profound sense of relaxation and connection to yourself. It’s a time to slow down, tune inwards, and cultivate a deeper awareness of your physical and emotional well-being.

To enhance the experience, you might find me playing the gong or various singing bowls to deepen your relaxation in savasana. For those who wish, you're invited to bring your journal, take a moment to reflect and capture your thoughts, giving yourself the space to integrate the practice more fully.

Vinyasa flow

A Vinyasa practice invites you to flow, seamlessly combining breath awareness with mindful movement. My classes are rooted in ashtanga-based vinyasa yoga, creating dynamic, flowing sequences that strengthen and balance the body while calming the mind.

Throughout the practice, yoga therapy poses are thoughtfully integrated to address specific needs, offering gentle support and deeper healing where needed. Join me and you’ll find a welcoming space to explore, grow and connect.

Gentle flow

Experience a practice that blends the energizing movement of a vinyasa Flow (yang) with the calming and still shapes of yin yoga. It is designed to create balance in both body and mind, combining dynamic sequences that build strength and flexibility with longer-held poses that promote deep relaxation.

In the yang part, you flow through invigorating poses that awaken your energy and focus, while the yin part allows you to slow down and release tension, fostering a profound sense of inner calm.

Ready to find balance and start your week refreshed? Join me on the mat and let’s say goodbye to the Sunday scaries together!

Sound bath

We meet on the first Sunday of each month. Sound baths invite your whole being to slow down and soften. We usually begin with breath and gentle movements to help you arrive in your body and invite you to soften the edges of your mind.

During these sessions, crystal and frosted bowls, gongs and harmonic vibrations become an echo of your being. As the waves of sound move through you, they offer a grounding presence that holds you steady, calms your nervous system and gently carries you inward.

No prior experience or skills are required to get the full benefits of this journey.
