40h yin and sound teacher training | dive into stillness | Zurich

A two-weekend immersive training in Zurich

🗓️ 25.06. – 27.06.2027 + 09.07. – 11.07.2027

📍 Yoga in a Bag Albisrieden

This 40-hour Yoga Alliance–accredited training in an intimate group invites you to enter a space of deep presence. We explore Yin Yoga and sound as complementary practices — not as techniques to perform, but as ways of listening more deeply.

What is this training.

This is a 40-hour immersive training.

It is designed for:

  • deepening your personal yin practice

  • integrating sound into yin classes in a safe, grounded way

  • developing confidence in teaching and holding space

  • understanding subtle body, nervous system and an introduction to sound frequency principles

Includes theory, embodied practice, teaching labs and peer feedback.

What the training isn’t.

This is not a fast-track certification.

Few of the things this training isn’t

  • a performance-based yoga course

  • a purely theoretical program

  • a rigid teaching system

  • an online course

It is a learning space rooted in presence, reflection, and practice.

This training invites you into stillness, not as an idea, but as a lived experience.

Note: sound is gentle and non-invasive, but there are contraindications. If you have a pacemaker or any relevant physical, emotional, or mental health condition, please reach out before signing up.

Meet your trainers

This training is co-led by us, Charlène & Rada.

We met years ago, quite randomly, at a Café in Zurich. Charlène had just arrived from Berlin, asking strangers for yoga studio recommendations (me included). I mentioned Yoga in a Bag — and we bonded.

Fast forward to 2026: we are both teaching at Yoga in a Bag in Albisrieden. Somewhere along the way, Dive into Stillness began to take shape.

Together, we bring a shared focus on Yin Yoga, embodied practice, and the integration of sound as a supportive layer for presence and nervous system awareness.

Our approach is grounded, accessible, and intuitive, with an emphasis on clarity, safety, and depth over performance or complexity.
