By registering and participating in any yoga class, retreats or events you agree automatically with the following, without explicitly signing any designated forms:

• Yoga classes are a safe space for anybody, regardless of your age, gender, race, nationality, body type, flexibility, yoga clothes, etc. Please inform us as soon as possible if you feel discriminated in any way.

• I understand that if I disrespect this safe space and/or my fellow yogi*nis, I might be excluded from joining classes.

• Yoga is a mindful practice. Please treat your fellow yogi*nis and the studio we practice in mindfully.

• My insurance is my own responsibility. I am not covered by the yoga instructor and their agents, guides, affiliates, and associates (hereinafter its “Associates”).

• I understand that the level of my participation and which yoga asanas/poses I perform must be determined by me, in consultation with my physician, and that the yoga instructor cannot fully monitor the extent of my participation.

• I understand that the yoga instructor is not a physician, nurse or emergency medical technician, and that by making this exercise program available the yoga instructor is not undertaking any responsibility regarding my medical condition(s). If my medical condition should change, I understand that it is my responsibility to discontinue the exercise/poses/program and to immediately consult with my physician about continuing or resuming participation.

• I understand the nature and extent of the yoga practice in which I am participating and that, while performing those yoga poses/exercises, I could sustain bodily injury. I am nevertheless voluntarily agreeing to participate in the practice and perform those asanas conducted by the yoga instructor.

• I will inform the yoga instructor about any medical conditions I may have, such as unordinary high or low blood pressure, asthma, bronchitis, cardiovascular diseases, any recent surgeries, pregnancy, pain and inflammations, trauma, depression, etc. The yoga instructor relies on your information and might make a confidential note in their electronical system to ensure that this information about any health issues is not forgotten and can provide alternative options or sustainable modifications if required. Please also inform the yoga instructor if you prefer not to be touched or have any specific alignments that preclude hands-on assists/adjustments.

Although the authorized person does not require trip cancellation insurance, to protect your investment in the event you need to cancel your trip, trip cancellation and travel insurance is highly recommended. Trip cancellation insurance may be the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should one of the retreats be canceled for any reason.

The authorized person and its Affiliates reserve the right to take pictures or videos (hereinafter its “artefacts”) during the operation of any event or retreat or part thereof and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional or commercial use, without compensation to the participant. 

Participants will be informed beforehand and can withdraw their consent and not appear on any of the above-mentioned artefacts.

If you have any medical or psychological conditions, it’s important you let the yoga instructor know so that extra arrangements can be made, if necessary. You can do this when signing up or through the contact form of this website.

The authorized person and their agents, guides, affiliates, and associates (hereinafter its “Associates”) have the right to disqualify anyone at any time both before and during the trip if they feel the trip member is mentally or physically incapable to continue and / or if a trip member’s continued participation jeopardizes the group’s or their own safety. The authorized person reserves the right to provide alternative activities and onward transportation in situations where the yoga instructor determines that the participant is mentally or physically incapable of completing any day’s activities.

The instructor is not a medical practitioner and therefore has no responsibility regarding medical advice, medications or inoculations that you or your doctor deem necessary for your safe participation.

The authorized person assumes no liability regarding provision of medical care. By registering to any services offered by Rada Yoga and its Affiliates, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions, and so, you agree to pay for emergency evacuation and emergency medical care.
