meet Rada | your yoga teacher and sound facilitator in Zurich (and online)
Hello you!
I am so happy you found your way to my digital space, welcome! I’m Rada, a certified sound practitioner and yoga teacher (as well as a loving dog pawrent).
Throughout the years, I have explored various types of physical postures (asanas) for my own practice, finding my balance with hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga. My yoga journey deepened significantly during my recovery from an acute herniated disc, which taught me the importance of mindful movements and listening to my (body's) needs as much as my mind’s ambitions. To me, the physical practice of yoga is about aligning mindfully with one’s true self, rather than forcing the body into a picture-perfect pose.
As a 500H+ Yoga Alliance qualified yoga and sound teacher, my intention is to guide you in turning your attention inward and foster your mind-body connection. While teaching, I enjoy walking around to provide assistance during practice, always asking for consent before applying touch. Having experienced the transformative power of yoga during my recovery, I strive to create a supportive space where others can heal and grow at their own pace. My teaching style focuses on mindful movements, breath awareness and meditation with a little twist of yoga therapy poses here and there. I teach in English, yet French and German are also options.
I look forward to practicing together!
My yoga path
I continually strive to expand my knowledge and expertise. For my own practice but also for my teaching.
These certifications reflect not only my commitment to my personal growth but also my passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. With you.
