Description
Join me on the mat for a morning 108 sun salutations, followed by a guided meditation to welcome longer days that come with (hopefully) the warmth of Summertime.
The number 108 holds profound symbolic significance across various cultures and spiritual traditions. It serves as a bridge connecting the body, mind and universe, especially during periods of change such as the solstice. And so, as we move through each sun salutation, we cultivate strength, discipline and resilience. We connect breath with movement in a practice that revitalizes the entire being.
Following the sun salutations, we transition into a soothing meditation, allowing the energy we've cultivated to settle and integrate. Guided by the gentle rhythm of our breath, we tune inward, finding stillness and clarity. Optionally, you can bring your journal and put pen to paper at the end of our practice.
Everyone is welcome to attend. No prior experience with yoga is necessary. The practice is held in English. Simply come with an open heart and the willingness to embrace the transformative power of yoga. I look forward to sharing this special practice with you.
What to bring
Whether you join online or at the studio, make sure you have whatever you need to feel comfortable during your practice a/o meditation. This might include:

An extra t-shirt: because there's nothing like meditating in a fresh, clean shirt.
A bottle of water: essential for staying hydrated before, during and after your 108 sun salutations.
