What is it all about?

Are you ready to uncover the secrets of your birth chart and explore your unique cosmic blueprint? Join Catalina and me for a nurturing Saturday afternoon of self-exploration through astrology, meditation and yoga. During each monthly 3hrs workshop, we unveil the cosmic energies we incarnated into. Every workshop focuses on a deep physical, emotional and mental exploration of specific astrological symbols, and the implications they have in our lives. We guide you through a path of deep nourishment and connection.

What can I expect?

These astroyoga workshop series combine brief astrological insights (based on your personalized birth chart crafted by Catalina) meditation and yogic practices that will nurture and help you lead a life of purpose. Each workshop is independent and focuses on a particular astrological symbol. There is no need to have previous astrological knowledge or a yogic practice to join. Workshops are led in English. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to nurture your body and soul with us. 

Dates, schedule and focus

We meet monthly on Saturdays from 14:45-17:45. You can choose to join any single workshop or book the entire series for a continuous journey. Please note that booking the entire series provides a deeper understanding of your life journey. Space in these workshops is limited.

  We understand that life happens. Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance are possible with an extra cost of CHF 20. Past that deadline, no refund is possible. Thank you for your understanding.
