What to expect?
Easter marks a moment of renewal, a gentle transition into spring, a time to soften, reset and reconnect.
This special Hatha & Sound session is designed to help you slow down, move mindfully and receive. We begin with a grounding Hatha yoga practice to awaken the body and connect to the breath, followed by an immersive sound journey to support deep rest and integration.
You can expect a 90-minute journey in two parts. We begin with an intentional Hatha practice, guided by breath, alignment, and awareness. You’ll move with control and softness, building strength while gently releasing tension. From there, we transition into stillness. A deeply restorative sound journey where vibrations from crystal and frosted bowls, gongs, and harmonic tones invite the body to rest. Sound becomes an echo of your being. Nothing to do. Nothing to prove. Just space to receive.
If you feel called, you’re welcome to bring a journal; to reflect, to write, to capture what arises. A moment to integrate the practice in your own way. We close the session with tea, shared in a soft and welcoming space. A simple moment of connection, before returning to the outside world.
This session is for you if…
you feel the need to slow down
you’ve been holding stress or tension in the body
you want to reconnect with your breath and inner rhythm
you’re curious about combining yoga and sound
you simply want to gift yourself a moment of calm
No prior experience or skills* are required to get the full benefits of this journey. Just a desire to give yourself some time to slow down and feel into the space of silence within.
